How do I make an online reservation?
With the multi-criteria search engine: Specify the type of vacation you are looking for (sport, family, couple, entertainment, nature, wellness, culture, groups), your arrival and departure dates, your destination, your accommodation, the number of adults (children 12 and older are considered adults) and the number of children. You obtain a list of results that match these criteria and can select the offer that suits you best.
What does the price include?
The facilities and services listed in the description of the room or apartment are included in the price. The price includes breakfast (except for apartment stays on the island of Embiez). For Bendor Island, one crossing per person per day is included (excluding vehicles); for the island of Embiez, 1 round trip (one way and back) per person is included (excluding vehicles). This information is also mentioned in your email confirmation. All our prices include VAT, local tax, if any, has to be paid extra (This tax is independent of the company’s decision).
How do I book an extra bed / cot?
When booking online you have the option to leave a message for the attention of the booking agent, you can indicate it in this space. You can also contact our reservation office at +33 (0) 494 746 746. Additional charges may be requested. Please note: No extra beds are available for the apartments on the island of Embiez.
Can I pay for my stay with another means of payment than my credit card?
For hotel stays (Hotel Helios & Hotel Delos), a credit card number is required to make your reservation (we charge the amount of your first night), you will pay the rest of your stay directly at the hotel**, using the means of payment that suits you (the following are accepted: cash, checks, travelers checks).
** Except for non-modifiable and non-cancellable reservations which require immediate payment ; For online reservations of seasonal apartments on the island of Embiez, the entire stay must be paid directly by credit card.
I have had a technical problem and have not received a confirmation by email, what should I do?
A summary of your booking is sent to you by email after each booking. Remember to check your spam / junk mail. If you have not received it or if you have a technical problem, please contact our reservation office at +33 (0) 494 746 746 to check that your reservation has been taken into account.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Note: To modify your reservation, you must go through the website which you had booked. Remember to check the modification and cancellation terms mentioned in your confirmation email because some offers cannot be changed or cancelled. If your reservation can be cancelled or changed, contact us by email reservation@les-embiez.com or by phone +33(0)494746746. Be carefull: In case of late cancellation (less than 3 days prior to your arrival date or less than 10 days in July / August), a cancellation fee will be charged (please make reference to the GTCS).
Can we take our own car to the island / Does the hotel have a car park?
You can take your car onto the island of Embiez but not onto the island of Bendor. The Hotel Helios on Embiez Island has a free car park for guests (hotel and apartment guests). However, you are only allowed to drive from and to the pier- It is forbidden to drive your car during your stay. You need to pay for the crossing with your vehicle in addition to your booking.
Are pets allowed on the islands?
Pets are allowed at an additional cost. Please contact our reservation office at +33(0)494746746.
At what at time can I arrive / should I leave the room?
As provided in our terms and conditions, the rooms are available from 3.00 pm and apartments from 5.00. Guests must depart before 12.00 am. We offer free luggage storage if needed. Do not hesitate to consult our conditions of sale or contact the hotel directly in case of a specific request.
Are the islands accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The islands of Bendor and Embiez are accessible to people with reduced mobility, a path is available, on each islands, in order to go around easily (drop of 50 meters on the island of Embiez, possibility of go around with the fun train that has a trailer to put the chair). Many restaurants and accommodations have also been upgraded for ease of access and use. For more information, do not hesitate to contact our teams.
